Just a short note to let you know how pleased we are with the phone installation. Having expected some disruption to the phone services I did allocate our holiday period for this to take place, however I was pleasantly surprised to find little or no disruption at all. 
 
Your engineers were discreet and cooperative in all respects and training on the new system was carried out at a time convenient to the school. In fact I would go as far as to say, that the only time the staff realised this new system had been installed, was when they discovered that the phones were working efficiently for the first time in years.
