I wanted to write and let you know how pleased we are with our NEC telephone system. It has made managing and deploying phones to tenants and clients around our site so easy.

Having moved all of our telephone rental and call costs to you has also enabled us to make major savings over our previous supplier.

I also need to thank your support team for their help setting up the system. We always expected there to be a couple of things we had forgotten about during the installation, but they managed to resolve these very quickly. They have also proved prompt when responding to alterations required as our needs have changed.

As you are aware, we obtained a number of quotations from other telephone providers and our research showed that, although your quotation was not the cheapest, your company was the only one that could provide the equipment that gives us the ability to change the message during the working day and provide us with software that enables us to programme the system ourselves, which saves on paying for engineers to carry out the changes.
 
The other reasons for remaining with you were that your service has been excellent. One call is all I need to make and the problem it is sorted, normally within 24 hours. Only last week we called out your engineer for a line fault. When he found it was on the roof, there was no fuss - he was out with his ladder and even emptied and refilled a cupboard where the DP was. A company that goes the extra mile is very valued.

I just wanted to say we were very impressed with Adrian, who carried out our installation. He was very professional and friendly throughout, he had very good technical knowledge, ensuring everything was up and running properly, overcoming any problems that occurred throughout.

All work was carried out within the scheduled time, being considerate about lesson times and any other disruptions that might have been caused. And as a whole, the change-over to the new system was relatively painless, with solutions being provided for any of our problems; such as how to cope with the change to a new number, and utilising our old analogue phones on the new system.
