Shaun has implemented lab facilities to ensure all core products are tested pre-launch. In addition, Portal engineers also hold carrier level test equipment, to ensure the testing of inter-connected technologies, be it system, line or data connections. This enables the rapid delivery of accurate diagnostics.
Shaun has a wealth of experience on telephony experience supporting PT, Philips, Alcatel, Siemens, Panasonic, Avaya and NEC telephone systems. His qualifications include CCNA voice, CCNA security and CCNA wireless.
